
Michael McNally
Founder and CEO (In Memorium)
CEO and Founder, Mike McNally has a diverse background in the Engineering, Construction and Procurement process within the construction and utility industries. Michael has completed large projects throughout the United States, The Caribbean, Russia, Poland, and Mexico. A graduate of Boston College, Michael has a thorough understanding of the complexities involved with public and private sector projects and has helped clients navigate through many potential minefields.
Michael’s extensive resume includes many significant projects, Engineering Procurement and Construction for the Amtrak Northeast Corridors Trackside Network, Statoil’s Fiber to the well initiative in the Marcellus and Utica Fields, The design of the statewide inter-agency fiber optic network for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MassNET), Eversource Energy New Customer Connect Initiative and acted as the lead on Mavericks responses as a first responder in many significant hurricane catastrophic events throughout the United States.
Michael is active on many state and local boards, including the Massachusetts School Building Authority Owner’s Project Managers Review Board, Board Member of South Boston Catholic Academy and the Catholic Memorial School. Michael is a Managing Partner and Founder of Maverick Energy Services in Ireland and One Source Power in Boston.

Christopher Sage
President
Chris Sage, President, Managing Partner, and co-founder of Maverick Construction, as well as a partner at Maverick Energy Services and One Source Power, has been with Maverick since its inception. He has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of construction, successfully completing projects ranging from small, short-term endeavors to large, multi-year initiatives.
Some of Chris’s most notable projects include:
- Colburn Street Substation Electrical Distribution Upgrade: This project involved the installation of over thirty miles of new underground 700 flat strap cable and more than 300 new splices within an existing 100-year-old duct bank system.
- Major Utility Company Build of Outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems in the Boston Area: This project included the installation of 500 nodes, along with miles of new conduit and fiber, and the connection to Eversource’s electrical system.
- Emergency Repairs to Underground Street Lighting Infrastructure Citywide: This infrastructure primarily relies on a 100-year-old duct bank system, which is integrated into the electrical system.

Chris Dice
Chief Operations Officer
Chris Dice is a former VP with over 25 years of experience with a proven track record in management with extensive experience in Business Operations, Profit/Loss, Budgets, Safety Training, Fleet Management, Field Oversight of Project Managers for EPC/UTILITY Transmission, Substation, Distribution, Large Fiber programs for Electric Utilities in a fast-paced high intensity environment. He previously owned, operated, and sold a successful utility construction company.
Mr. Dice has worked and completed projects for most of the large utilities including American Electric Power, First Energy, AT&T, Google, and Duke Energy.

Liam McNally
Director of Safety & Storm Services
From a young age, Liam began working full-time at a farm, in which he cultivated an industrious work effort. As a partner of Maverick, he brings nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including almost a decade in the utility sector.
Liam began his career as a general laborer, and through unwavering dedication and perseverance, he rose to a management position. Liam holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, an executive certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Liam is recognized for his exceptional leadership qualities, having successfully led numerous complex projects across civil and engineering disciplines. His pragmatic and solution-oriented approach has earned him a reputation as a decisive and effective leader. He is deeply committed to fostering a strong safety culture within the company, working collaboratively with employees at all levels to uphold the highest safety standards. As a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) in Electric Transmission & Distribution and Civil Construction, safety remains his paramount concern.
Liam excels in building long-term, trusting relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. His leadership is characterized by exceptional service, clear communication, strong collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to Maverick’s mission of safety, quality, integrity, and excellence.

David Kubick
Head of Sales and Business Development
David previously led Computershare’s Issuer Services Sales & Business Development Team as EVP Sales focusing on Public and Private Markets. Immediately prior to joining CPU, he served as Vice President of Sales, Channels & Business Development at LogMeIn – and prior to the Merger with Citrix GetGo, – served as Area Vice President of Sales, North America East. With 25 years of successful experience in building high growth technology and services businesses, in both startup and public company environments, David brings extensive experience in enterprise technology, strategy development, go-to-market implementation and driving revenue across many different domains.
Previously, David served as Vice President of Channels & Business Development, David led the indirect sales, partnering and business development efforts for Radius, the leader in international business software and services. David was also the Vice President of Sales at Horizon Technology, a global supply chain consultancy and distributor. Prior to Horizon, David served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Account Management and Channels at Iron Mountain Digital, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions for data protection, archiving, eDiscovery and intellectual property management. Before Iron Mountain Digital, he was the Vice President of Channels & Alliances at Connected Corporation, a Software-as-a-Service pioneer and worldwide leader in PC data protection. In addition, he has held senior sales and management positions at Arrow Electronics and the Merisel Open Computing Alliance. David holds a BA in Business Administration from Merrimack College, Girard School of Business.
David lives in Townsend, MA outside of Boston with his wife Melissa, daughter Catherine and rescue dog Dixie.

Luke Miller
Field Supervisor
Luke is the Vice President of Engineering at Maverick, having more than 8 years’ experience the in telecommunications and utility industries. Previously, Luke spent time doing geological research after graduating from the University of Kansas with a BS in Geology. His experience prior to Maverick was in field engineering working 2 and a half years on several projects and markets throughout the US and England while also becoming an expert in Design, Make Ready Engineering, Pole Loading Analysis, and Utility Audits.
During his time at Maverick Luke has risen from OSP Engineer to Engineering Manager, and now to Vice President of Engineering.

Chris Hoban
Field Supervisor
Chris has over 20 years of HR servant leadership in all-stage, multi-national organizations. He brings a hands-on history of change management, driving continuous improvement to help shape high-performing cultures to drive organizational growth. Process-focused with a recognized ability to develop and implement data-driven HR initiatives.
Chris holds an MBA and completed his undergrad degree in Organizational Behavior at Babson College. Additionally, he is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). While outside of works he can be found at hockey rinks around eastern MA, watching his boys tend their nets.
Chris has helped the storm group with organizational process and improvements and works as a field supervisor.

Brian Flynn
Foreman
Brian Flynn has worked with Maverick Corporation for 6+ years. He has over 10 years in the construction industry with 6 of those being in the utility industry. His resume is steeped in both Telecommunication and Power Networks. Leading a team of 25+ Power and Telecom specialists, he has worked on both last mile wireline and wireless networks; distribution surveys; secondary services and wood pole inspection and treatment.
Brian has significant experience in Technical Services, UG and OH Construction, and Make Ready Engineering; vast experience in ODAS systems and networks sweep testing. Brian had started as a ground man for both the Telecommunication and Power crews and has worked his way up to a Project Manager role. Brian has experience in both field work and administrative work in relation to storm restoration work.
Brian had worked as a Lineman for 4 years on multiple storms ranging from the Northeast to Florida.

Rob Menconi
Fleet Director / Mechanic
Robert Menconi has been with Maverick since 2023. He brings over 10 years of fleet management, maintenance, and repair experience to Maverick. His mechanical and managerial knowledge ranging from his studies of business administration to diesel and industrial technologies are invaluable skills which he brings to Maverick. Rob ensures the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and is fully compliant with the DOT.

Sean McElvaney
General Foreman
Sean McElvaney has worked with Maverick Corporation since the company opened. His resume is steeped in both Telecommunication and Power Networks throughout the past 25+ years in the industry. Working on both last mile wireline and wireless networks, Sean has significant experience in Technical Services, UG and OH Construction, Make Ready value Engineering; he has vast experience in ODAS systems and networks sweep testing.
Sean has also worked both on electric plant and as a Project Manager for Power Restoration services for Distribution: Primary, Secondary and customer connects as well as large scale Telecom Projects.

Chris Scott
Field Supervisor
Chris Scott is a foremost expert in wood pole test and treat, having spent several years as a telecommunications project manager in Alaska. He then spent 8 years as a foreman and the New England region supervisor at Osmose Utility Services. He has intimate knowledge of utility infrastructure, primarily working on transmission lines, throughout their territories in New England.
Chris has pesticide applicators licenses in several states including NH, VT, NY and MA. Chris is safety oriented and understands that a successful project starts with safety first. Chris has worked a myriad of storms as field manager for wire guards and damage assessors.

Andie Clarizia
Field Supervisor
Andie Clarizia has been with Maverick Corporation since graduating from Framingham State University with a GIS and Spatial Analysis degree. She started as a field engineer, working her way up to managing the expanding engineering team. She oversees projects ranging from fielding, designing, and permitting EV charging stations to FTTH. Her studies and time fielding, designing, and now managing allows her to have a vast understanding of the turnkey projects completed by Maverick. Andie has worked as a wire guard, damage assessor, and field supervisor. During storm events Andie works as a field supervisor.

Dixon Rand
Field Supervisor
Dixon Rand has been with Maverick Corporation for three years since completing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Boston University. As a junior engineer, he has been involved in numerous projects at Maverick relating to fiber optic network design, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, make-ready engineering, field photographic documentation, emergency storm restoration work, and more. Dixon has worked as a wire guard, damage assessor, and field supervisor.

Kirstyn VanMale
Project Manager
Kirstyn has been working with Maverick Corporation since 2019. She has worked on several UG construction projects across the United States. Kirstyn has been part of Maverick’s storm team for 2 years assisting with the management of wire guards, creating rosters, and creating time sheets. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration on Global Project Management. Kirstyn has loved learning the industry over the last four years and is excited to continue to learn and grow with Maverick.

Britton Shuler
Field Supervisor
Britton has been with Maverick since 2022. As a project manager, he surveys new electric vehicle sites and works with Maverick engineers and customers to deliver sustainable transportation solutions. With a degree in industrial electronics technology and a passion for computers and technology, Britton provides a unique and forward-thinking perspective on electrical infrastructure, transportation sustainability, and detail-oriented project management. Britton has worked on several storms as a wire guard, damage assessor, and field supervisor.
